PROPERTY PRESENTATION

From as little as £125.00 Property Potential offers three levels of service to provide you with the appropriate advice and help to meet your individual requirements.

  1. THE WALK THROUGH - An accompanied two hour consultation with Emma McIvor who will provide you with verbal recommendations to maximise your properties selling potential. This is your opportunity to take down notes and implement the recommendations yourself.
  2. THE WRITTEN REPORT - A full diagnosis and prescription, with photographs, allowing you to see how others might view your property, enabling you to remove problem areas and create harmony in your home to entice any potential buyer. Written recommendations are given, including colour scheming, furniture placement and home improvements.
  3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Should you wish to enlist Property Potential for further services we provide a full management service. This would include paint sourcing, managing tradesman, picture placement, shopping for accessories and dressing your house with the finishing touches that makes your house irresistible to any potential buyer.

PHOTO ANALYSIS

For those clients who are over an hour away from Evesham, Worcestershire, we offer the Photo Analysis option. This enables you to send us photographs of your property and we are able to send you your report back in the post.

ROOM RE-DESIGN

Do you sometimes wonder how to pull a scheme together, where to place the furniture to get the best from your space or wondered which pictures should go where? You might be reluctant to instruct an interior designer due to the costs running away with you. You might want to give your house a new lease of life but don't know where to start, or maybe you have just acquired a new property and you want to put your stamp on it. The solution is our Room Re-design service. We are here to help you achieve beautiful and cost effective results using simple design principles.
